I've read your email conversion report, and I have to say you're absolutely
spot on when you say too many people are focusing on how to generate huge
lists instead of optimizing the list.
I know because I've made this mistake myself. :( Built a list of 2000+
prospects but couldn't convert.
I then changed my approach completely and was doing something similar to
what you recommended in your report.
That's when I managed to get a few sales from a much smaller list.
Wish you had written this report earlier though.

Great report! Definitely one of the mistake many marketers make is to dump to their subscribers with as many emails full of affiliate links as possible.
It's really important to build good relationship with your subscribers for higher conversion sales rate later on :)
