Hi Ewen,

Great post!. I currently have only one testimonial on my salespage. I have been slacking in this department and have not even asked for testimonials since the site launched over a month ago. I will ask for some testimonials now and put them on my salespage.

Thank you, Ewen! You mentioned some great points here.

I agree with you about the importance and effectiveness of testimonials. It's happened for me several times that I decided to buy an ebook just by reading the testimonials on the sales letter.

I believe the best type of testimonial is a combination of text, customer's photo, and audio. It will have a higher effect because it makes it more believable.
